The children of Overton were set a challenge back in May by the OSA.

Every child in the School was given a £1 coin and over the following weeks were challenged to be creative and come up with a project which used the £1 coin to help raise more money for School.

There was an opportunity for children to sell the things they had made to friends and family. There was a fantastic response and thank you to everyone involved.

Each school year group has raised between £306.73 and £1022.27!

Overall Grow a Pound has raised a whopping £4,244.40 so far!  That really is an incredible achievement for everyone who has put their own time into coming up with ideas, creating, baking, making, selling, playing, working hard and collecting money.
